Small group membership

The AI Operator Group

A small group, capped at ten people per group, for owners and operators who want AI and agents doing real work in their business, not just answering questions.

Most people I talk to have tried ChatGPT, maybe Claude or Grok, and come away with the same feeling: it is impressive, and it has not changed how their week goes. The tools are not the problem. Nobody showed them how to put one to work on the jobs they actually do.

That is what this group is for. A small group of beginners and intermediates, up to 10 people per group, learning to use AI assistants and agents in their own work and their own business, one real task at a time. When a group fills, a second weekly group call opens, so the cap holds.

Who is running it

My name is Michael Cox. I run real operating companies, including QuickFix Real Estate, my own company, and I build AI agents and systems for them every day. I am not teaching from slides. What you see in the group is what I use myself, including the parts that still do not work.

What you get

  • A weekly 60-minute live group call. Bring the task you are stuck on. We work through real examples from the people on the call, not a scripted lesson.
  • A member community. Somewhere to ask between calls, share what worked, and borrow what someone else already built.
  • The full template and agent library, for members. Templates and agents for Grok, Claude, ChatGPT, and agent tools, added to as the group finds what it needs. It is not given away; it comes with membership.
  • One 30-minute one to one call a month with me. For your own business, your own tools, and the thing you would rather not ask in front of the group.

What a week looks like

  1. 01

    Pick one task

Something you do every week that eats time: a report, a follow-up, a document, a stack of email. One task, not a transformation.

  2. 02

Bring it to the live call

Sixty minutes, live, with the group. We work on real tasks from the people on the call, so you see how the tools behave on actual work.

  3. 03

Use a template from the library

Start from something that already works instead of a blank prompt. Adjust it to your business.

  4. 04

    Run it during the week

Put it to work on the real task. Post what happened in the community, including when it went wrong.

  5. 05

Use a one to one when you need it

Once a month, thirty minutes with me on your own setup.

Who it is for

  • Owners, operators, and the people who run the work in a small business.
  • Beginners who have barely used an AI assistant, and intermediates who use one but have not got it doing real work yet.
  • People who want to do the work themselves, in their own tools, with someone experienced next to them.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for someone to build it for them. That is a different arrangement.
  • Experienced engineers building their own AI products. You would be bored.
  • Anyone expecting a shortcut to income. This is a working group about doing your own job better, not a business opportunity.

Price

$999/month. The first 10 paying members are founding members, at a founding rate of $499/month, locked for as long as they stay members. Leave and rejoin, and it is the current rate. Month to month: no contract, no minimum term.

The way in is free: the Grok bot starter, one ready-to-use Grok assistant (custom instructions plus three starter prompts), sent by email. The same setup pastes into ChatGPT or Claude. Ask for it on the form below, or use the same form to apply to be a founding member.

Questions worth asking first

How much time does it take?
The weekly live call is 60 minutes, and the one to one call is 30 minutes, once a month. Beyond that, the time is whatever you spend using it on your own work, which is the point.
What skill level do I need?
Beginner is fine. The group is for beginners and intermediates. If you are an experienced engineer building AI products, it is not the right room for you.
Which tools do we use?
Grok, Claude, ChatGPT, and agent templates. You pay for your own subscriptions to those tools, on your own accounts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is month to month, with no contract and no minimum term. A founding rate stays locked for as long as you remain a member; leave and rejoin, and you pay the current rate.
Is the Grok bot starter really free?
Yes. One ready-to-use Grok assistant setup by email, with no obligation to join. The full template and agent library is for members. If you want to talk about joining, say so on the same form.

Not included

What this explicitly excludes.

  • Building it for you. You do the work in your own tools, with templates, the group, and me alongside. Having a system built or run for you is a different arrangement.
  • The AI tools themselves. Grok, Claude, ChatGPT, and any other subscriptions are billed to you by those vendors, on your accounts.
  • Unlimited one to one time. One 30-minute call a month with me, plus the weekly group call. Not an on-call help desk.
  • Any promise about what AI will do for your business. What it is worth to you is yours to measure, and I will not put a number on it for you.
  • Advice that belongs to a lawyer or an accountant. When a question turns into one of those, I will say so.

Get the free Grok bot starter.

Nothing is charged for the starter. Pick the starter, or ask about becoming a founding member, on the same form. One email with the Grok bot starter, a reply from Michael if you asked about joining, and nothing else.

Optional.

What are you asking for?

Rough is fine. One or two sentences on the work, and which tools you have tried, if any.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring a process that costs more than it should and we will tell you honestly whether there is something here worth paying for.
